Despite an extra foot of water in the lake following the extreme overnight storms weights were still good.
With the rain easing off at 10am the weather stayed dry for the match.
Alan fished corn down the edge while Gavin fished up in the water at 5 metres with caster coming in late down the edge.
Barry coming in 4th had a bad run of luck first in losing 10 lb after going over in one net and then dropping one of his carp nets in the lake losing approximately another 30 lb of carp which probably lost him the match.
